Eligibility for Returns

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. Manufacturing Defects: If the product has a defect or is not made according to the specifications provided.
  2. Incorrect Order: If the product delivered does not match the order details (e.g., wrong size, color, or style).

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom-tailored kameez shalwar that matches the provided measurements.
  • Products damaged due to improper use or care.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during special promotions.

Return Process

  2. Provide Details: Share your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photographs of the product (if applicable).
  3. Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
  4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error.

Refunds and Exchanges

  1. Refunds:

    • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this time, orders are processed, and cancellations may not be possible.
